Cancel or withdraw from PrinterTag Pro

Here you can cancel the renewal of your subscription or withdraw from the contract. You can also do it from your Link account (app.link.com) or by writing to hello@printertag.com. The full terms are in the terms of sale.

Purchase email Pro key (recommended: with it the renewal is cancelled straight away; it is in the purchase email or in PrinterTag → “Show my key”)

What would you like to do? Cancel the renewalYou will not be charged again. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Withdraw and get a full refundWithin 14 days of the first payment. We refund everything, even if you have used Pro, and the key stops working. Cancel the yearly plan with a pro‑rata refundIf you are a consumer and more than 14 days have passed: we refund the full months left unused.
